Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Digital services, subscriptions, and activated NFC cards are non-refundable once activated or used.
Physical NFC cards may be eligible for replacement only in case of manufacturing defects.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before card activation.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
