Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Digital services, subscriptions, and activated NFC cards are non-refundable once activated or used.

  • Physical NFC cards may be eligible for replacement only in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before card activation.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

VEXO Card reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the situation.
