1. Digital Services & Subscriptions All digital services, subscriptions, and activated digital cards are non-refundable once the service has been activated or accessed. This includes access to digital profiles, dashboards, and online features. Refunds will not be issued for partial usage or unused subscription periods.

2. NFC Cards NFC cards are considered physical customized products. Once an NFC card has been activated or linked to a user account, it is non-refundable. Refunds are not available for incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Manufacturing Defects If you receive a defective NFC card, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Proof of defect (photos or videos) may be required. Replacement cards will be issued after verification.

4. Shipping Issues Shipping fees are non-refundable. VEXO Card is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

5. Refund Eligibility Refunds may only be considered if: The product has not been activated or used The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase The issue is verified and approved by VEXO Card Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of VEXO Card.
